Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have:
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP
• Experience in implementing and managing Budget & Cost Control best practices
• Experience in an international venture environment is an advantage
Required Competencies:
The job holder must have proven:
• Knowledge – An intermediate working knowledge of administration of the full contract life cycle, i.e. from requirements planning through contract board submissions and award to contract management, as well as contract-related budget and financial management and control
• Initiative – ability to work proactively and well under own initiative in accordance with the objectives of the role
• Discretion – the incumbent will be party to highly sensitive data which must be kept confidential at all times
• Process – Ability to monitor the contracting process within HR and manage the approved budgets accordingly
• Languages:
o Strong and effective business English (verbal and written) is essential
