Recruitment Technology

1. Submitting an Order
- meeting with the company representative
- drawing up a job description
- gathering relevant data
- providing client with additional information
- discussion of the order terms and conditions

2. Search and Selection of Personnel
- determination and assessment of possible sources of recruitment
- search for personnel in the database and sectoral groups
- individual interviews with the candidates
- assessment and selection of the initial group of candidates to introduce to the client

3. Introducing the Candidates
- submission of the data on the selected candidates and consultant's opinion letter to the client
- organizing interviews with the candidates selected, possibly, consultant's presence during the interviews
- determining the group of successful candidates

4. Checking of the Successful Candidates References
