PLANNING & COMPLIANCE ADVISOR

To support the Permitting Manager and Head of PRC Planning and Compliance by establishing specific objectives and strategies, roles and responsibilities, resources, interfaces, criticalities, risks, communications and schedule to achieve objectives;
To ensure Venture compliance of the permitting with the requirements of Authorities, PSA and JOA and it is involved in relations with Authorities and different stakeholders in all PRC activities.
To develop and keep updated the integrated and resourced activity plan for the Venture PRC activities based on the project schedule prepared by the Agents
To record, track and advise action items, conditions, additional regulatory requirements;
Through a critical review of the medium/long term PRC planning, to evaluate the overall needs of the NCSPSA for shared resources (human resources, construction facilities and logistics) and to propose early action plan through an appropriate gap analysis.
Requirements:
3 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Previous focus in Planning, Project Management. Broad understanding of E&P business and its key activities. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work constructively within a multicultural environment. Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with external bodies. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Access).

Имею неплохое представление по проектированию нефтегазопроводов, прилегающей к ним инфраструктуре, зданий и сооружении.
