Purpose:

• Understanding of business processes and continuous improvement approaches
• A total of three years minimum demonstrated overall business experience, preferably matured in the Oil &Gas or Energy sector
The following are highly desirable:
• Master in Business Administration
• Demonstrated experience in organising and facilitating team building events and/or objective-driven workshops.
• Familiarity with networking software technology to support the KM program e.g. SharePoint
• Working experience in Knowledge Management, work process improvement, Change Management, or related fields
• Experience in identifying and establishing communities of practice, or knowledge networks, in complex organizations

Required Competencies:
The job holder must have proven:
1. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
2. Commitment to achieve results and to manage the work load under pressure with challenging deadlines
3. Personal creativity & innovation skills
